Goal

Bring nf-core/dartseq, a Nextflow workflow for the analysis of DART-seq data, to a fully tested and documented first stable release.

Description

We would focus on completing the remaining workflow development, strengthening the nf-test test suite, resolving nf-core lint and CI issues, updating modules and documentation, and preparing the workflow for release.
