Nextflow and nf-core training as part of the ELIXIR Reproducible Research Workshop

As part of the ELIXIR Reproducible Research Workshop there will be a training on Nextflow in the morning and nf-core in the afternoon on the 1st of December 2021.

The workshop is targeted at beginners, without previous Nextflow or nf-core knowledge. However a familiarity with omics analysis, using the command line in Linux or MacOS and basic scripting is a pre-requisite.
