We are hosting a local hub for the nf-core hackathon for the first time in Okinawa. We plan to use this event as a way to introduce Nextflow and nf-core to the local bioinformatics community in Okinawa so feel free to join even if you don’t have any experience with Nextflow. We can host up to 12 people.

Projects

We will be working on the developement of nf-core/genephylo, including with the creation of nf-core modules for software implemented in the pipeline.
