Site details

The Christchurch site will be held somewhere in Christchurch, New Zealand. The exact location is still to be determined, but it will be an in-person event.

Schedule

This event will be held on the 11th of March, 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00 local time (NZDT).

We will keep the schedule flexible to allow for collaboration and discussion among attendees.

Projects

We will be working on updating the Genomics Aotearoa Nextflow Workshop.

Key focus will be on updating the workshop to use the latest version of Nextflow and nf-core pipelines, as well as adding new content and exercises.
