Site specific guidelines

The hackathon site is located at Ascendas IT Park, 8th floor, Atria, Madhapur, Telangana, India. External participants are accepted and require pre-approved access. The participants are requested to register at least a week before the event.

The first day of the event includes talks on topics introducing Nextflow nf-core resource, by Sateesh Peri (Perimatrix IT), Nextflow on K8s by Vijay Ambasta (Corteva Agriscience) & Nextflow on Cloud by Vijay Narsapuram (Corteva Agriscience).

The maximum capacity of the site is 25 pax and the registration will be accepted on ‘first come first serve’ basis.

The Cafeteria is located at 8th Floor and is booked for the event:

  • 2025-03-24 - 0900-1700: Cafeteria
  • 2025-03-25 - 0900-1700: Cafeteria
  • 2025-03-26 - 0900-1700: Cafeteria

Please familiarize yourself with the hackathon guidelines

  • Don’t forget your work utensils:
    • Computer
    • Computer charger (!)
    • any required adapters
