Louis Le Nezet (@LouisLeNezet) will present nf-core/nft-utils v1.1.1, an nf-test plugin for capture-level testing. The update expands sanitizeOutput() with options for unstable keys, pattern matching, and MD5 replacements via nft-bam and nft-vcf.
